Peanut butter
Wet ingredient's: 1 cup peanut butter, 0.5 cup oil, 2 cup milk, 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
Dry ingredient's: 2 cup flour, 2 teaspoon baking powder, 0.5 - 1 cup sugar
Method: Mix dry ingredient's together in one bowl and wet ingredient's together in a separate bowl. Combine the two to form a dough. Make small balls with dough and place on tray. Flatten the balls with a fork and bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
Peppermint and Chocolate chip
Wet ingredient's: 0.66 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence , 1 teaspoon peppermint essence, 0.5 cup oil
Dry ingredient's: 2.5 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 0.5 cup sugar
Method: Add only 2 cup of flour and the rest of the dry ingredient's and mix. Add wet ingredient's and mix. Add remaining 0.5 cup of flour to form a dough. Roll into balls, place on oven tray, and flatten the balls with a fork. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
Ginger
Dry ingredient's: pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 1 teaspoon ginger, 0.5 teaspoon cinnamon, 0.5 cup sugar, 2 cup flour
Wet ingredient's: 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 0.5 cup oil, 0.66 cups of milk.
Method: Mix dry ingredient's in a bowl. Add wet ingredient's and mix. Add more flour until a dough if formed. roll into balls, place on oven tray and press with a fork. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
Lemon
Dry ingredient's: pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 0.5 cup sugar, 2.5 cup flour
Wet ingredient's: 0.5 cup oil, 0.66 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon lemon essence
Method: Add 2 cups of flour and rest of dry ingredient's and mix. Add wet ingredient's and mix. Add rest of flour to form a dough. Roll into balls, place on oven tray, flatten balls with a fork and bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
Chocolate chip
wet ingredient's: 2 teaspoon vanilla, 0.5 cup oil, 0.66 cup milk.
Dry ingredient's: 2.5 cup flour, 1 teaspoon baking powder, 0.5 choc chip, 0.5 sugar.
Method: Add dry ingredient's but only 2 cup of flour to a bowl and mix. Add wet ingredient's and mix. Add the last 0.5 cup of flour to form a dough. Roll into balls and flatten with a fork on a oven tray. Bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
Raspberry and white chocolate
Wet ingredient's: 0.66 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 teaspoon raspberry essence, 0.5 cup oil
Dry ingredient's: 0.5 cup white chocolate chip, 2.5 cup flour, 0.5 cup sugar, pinch of salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder.
Method: Add only 2 cup flour and the rest of the dry ingredient's and mix. Add wet ingredient's and mix. Add remaining flour and mix to form a dough. Roll into small balls, place on oven tray, flatten the balls with a fork and bake at 180°C for 20-30 minutes.
