Chocolate cake
Dry ingredient's: 2 cup flour. 3 teaspoon baking powder. 0.5 cup cocoa powder. 1 cup sugar.
Wet ingredient's: 1 cup coffee. 2 teaspoons vanilla essence. 2 cup milk. 0.5 cup oil.
Method: Mix dry ingredient's together in one bowl. Mix wet ingredient's together in a separate bowl. Combine two mixtures and fold together. Pour in a 20x20 cake tin and bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
Chocolate peppermint cake
Dry ingredient's: 2 cup flour. 1 cup sugar. 3 teaspoon baking powder. 0.5 cup cocoa powder.
Wet ingredient's: 2 cup milk. 0.5 cup oil. 1 teaspoon vanilla essence. 0.5 teaspoon peppermint essence. 1 instant cup coffee.
Method: Mix dry ingredient's together in one bowl Mix wet ingredient's together in another bowl. Add wet mixture to dry mixture and fold together. Bake at 180°C for approximately 30 minutes.
Banana cake
Wet ingredient's: 0.5 oil, 2 cup milk, 2 teaspoon vanilla essence, 2 mashed banana's
Dry ingredient's: 2 cup flour, 3 teaspoon baking powder.
Method: mix dry ingredient's in one bowl and wet ingredient's together in a separate bowl. Combine the two mixtures in one bowl and mix. Bake at 160°C for 40-50 minutes.
Mango cake
Wet ingredient's: 1 cup mango puree, 0.5 milk, 0.5 oil
Dry ingredient's: 2 cup flour, 3 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup sugar
Method: Mix sugar and oil together. Add wet ingredient's and mix. Add dry ingredients and mix. Bake at 160°C for 30-40 minutes.
Light spirit cake
Dry ingredient's: 3 teaspoon baking powder. 2 - 2.5 cup flour. 1 cup sugar.
Wet ingredient's: 0.5 cup oil. 2 cup milk, 0. 3 cup light spirit (gin), 2 teaspoon vanilla essence, 0.3 cup citrus juice (lime).

Dark spirit cake
Wet ingredient's: 0.3 cup dark spirit (brandy), one cup coffee, 2 teaspoon vanilla essence, 0.5 cup oil, 2 cup milk
Dry ingredient's: 2 - 2.5 cup flour, 3 teaspoon baking powder, 1 cup sugar.
Method: mix wet ingredient's together and mix dry ingredient's together. Combine the two mixtures and bake at 160°C for 40-60 minutes.
Citrus Cake
Wet Ingredient's: O.5 cup oil, 2 cup milk, 2 teaspoon vanilla essence, 0.3 cup citrus of choice (lime) juice.
Dry ingredient's: 1 cup sugar, 2 cup flour. 3 teaspoon baking powder
Method: Mix wet ingredients together in one bowl and dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Combine both mixtures together in one bowl and mix. Bake at 160 °C for 40- 60 minutes.
